My wife and I stayed at this hotel, September through October 2024. Great hotel great breakfast. Central located within the Madrid community. all staff are awesome. staff cares for the guest and they go on and beyond. Rooms are very clean and comfortable....

Overall, I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. The staff were rude and the room was not clean. The bed sheets had marks and holes in them. The bathroom sink and shower did not drain and there were gnats in the room due to that. If you want to basically be in times square, the location could be good for you but be warned that the noise is very loud and constant with truck deliveries all night. The minute yo...

The room is clean, mattress and pillows are soft and comfort. Service staff are super, especially Pablo. He went an extra miles to help us since we dont speak the local languages. In addition he always make sure we get what we need during our stay, from arranging taxi to take us to the airport as well as recommending place to eat locally. We definitely come back again....

The petit palace tribal is in a perfect location for a holiday family in Madrid. The service was great. rooms are clean and tidy. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We came back to this hotel twice in our holiday

In short, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Theres better options in Madrid with several issues Ill list below.
My biggest complaint is that the hotel advertised themselves as having air conditioning . As I learned from the staff the thermostat only controls the air flow (off, low, med, hi) but the dial doesnt actually change the temperature. The entire floor/hotel has one set temperature.
