We had a wonderful visit to Madrid. The hotel was comfortable and clean. We traveled with our young adult daughters and had plenty of room in a quadruple room. This was the quad with two twins separated by a wall instead of bunk beds. The breakfast was delicious. Gets a little crowded on the weekend but we got a table every morning. The staff was very helpful. We hope to go back!...

Dear, very suprised when we arrived that the hotel was so poor in terms of facilities in the room. Looked like a budget.

Dear, we were unfortunately negatively surprised but by the low value for the excessive price balance. Rooms looked more like budget hotel rooms and the breakfast was not in line with the pricing. Staff was friendly we must admit and cleaning was done properly. We would not recommend the hotel besides its location. Quite surprised that the hotel had such a pricing as it was none of what we expected. Thanks to Madrid ...

We stayed for a week whilst visiting family in Madrid. The hotel is in a great location with excellent shopping, restaurants, and bars nearby. Our room had high ceilings and a window overlooking the square- lovely. When the window was open the sounds outside were loud - but we enjoyed hearing the buzz of happy people. The large room was minimally decorated. I do not understand what made it a 4 star hotel. The shower ...

The hand towel rail under the bathroom sink was hanging off, It only required tightening with a grub screw. I had coffee pods provided in my room only for the first night, which I used, thank you. These weren't replaced for the second night? No USB sockets in the room?, but your receptionist loaned me an adaptor for my iphone charger....
