The location is perfect for a city break as it is perfectly central to almost everything. The room needed some maintenance so not worth a premium price but it's a good base....

The location is fantastic! None better. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The furniture is plastic chairs and a small table. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. The four star rating does not reflect the condition of the hotel or its amenities. The reception area is cluttered with boxes and electrical equipment. The location of this hotel could not be better, it is within walking distance of Plaza Mayoe and Plaza Sol. There are a couple of markets close by and also the palace and cathedral are within walking distance also. The hotel itself is looking a little tired and needs a little bit of a renovation but the staff are friendly and very accomodating. We also loved our balcony that had a lovely viiew....

our overall stay was good, except for the noise coming from the street. I guess its due defective window sound proofing? ...
