Fantastic Boutique Hotel

Fantastic central location, we walked everywhere to our events booked.
Really good breakfast, was expecting just continental but there was hot food as well. Friendly staff. Small boutique hotel, we were on the 3rd floor, it was quiet considering it is by Plaza Mayor....

Exceptional stay. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided top-notch service, exceeding our expectetions. Huge thank you to Ares at the front desk! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a snack bag with breakfast to go for our early morning flight. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. Great location!!!...

Very nice and homey little hotel in the middle of old Madrid in a very old house. Personnel is hospitable and helpful. Rooms are clean and maintenance excellent. Tasty breakfast....

2-star hotel in a 4-star location.

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. That is it.
We have stayed in other 4-star hotels around Spain, and the rooms fall short of a 4-star standard.
Rooms are dated. Bathrooms leave much to be desired. Cracked toilet seat, yellow grouting. Very poor lighting.
Breakfast is in the basement. Does not feel appetising, we only had coffee and ate elsewhere.
Feels more like a 2-star hotel or a dorm room....
