First the good. Comfortable bed and good location in Centro. Very close to Plaza Mayor, Almaden Cathedral and The Royal House of Madrid. Also lots of restaurants nearby.
The bad
Not so clean. I think they cleaned this room RIGHT before I walked in. There were drips from the toilet brush across the floor. The shower had mold. I sprayed the shower head behind the fixtures, and HUGE chunks of black mold came out! Eeeew...

The hotel is a great location to get around Madrid. We enjoyed restaurants nearby. The metro was very close.
The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is well maintained. The breakfast is worth adding to the room cost. They offer a large variety and its good.
The room with the bunk bed is small for a family, but worked because of the large terrace. It was great to have a space to sit together and not be in...

We had anazing 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. The room was very clean and neat. The staff are amazing and helpful and specially Biatriz and James who were very supportive and didnt hesitate to answer our queries. The hotel is located in the heart of mayor street which is near everything around you. You can walk down all the mIn streets of madrid....

After doing a lot of research we selected this hotel because we were in town only for an evening. The check-in was very smooth thanks to James who was very helpful. We got a room on top floor with a big balcony overlooking half of Madrid. The view of town in the night with colorful lights was mind blowing (see pictures). Though we were facing crowded street but still there was no noise in our room.

Great staff and wonderful location
We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay.
Breakfast spread was good and care was taken of special dietary needs.
We recommend this place for all coming as tourists to Madrid
