Decent service and room conditions. Only drawback being the communication service with the reception staff. Another setback was the breakfast area, too time packed. We were really rushing to finish on time. Wouldn't recommend if you're travelling in a group but for a quick night's stay with family, this is the place to be....

A great hotel in the heart of Madrid. The family room was smartly designed, leaving enough space for all our luggage (and we are a family of four). We had a quadruple room overlooking the main street and the soundproofing was highly effective. We got some good specials on the accommodation by booking directly from the Petit Palace website (look out for discount codes). All in all, a great choice for a family....

First the good. Comfortable bed and good location in Centro. Very close to Plaza Mayor, Almaden Cathedral and The Royal House of Madrid. Also lots of restaurants nearby.
The bad
Not so clean. I think they cleaned this room RIGHT before I walked in. There were drips from the toilet brush across the floor. The shower had mold. I sprayed the shower head behind the fixtures, and HUGE chunks of black mold came out! Eeeew...

The hotel is a great location to get around Madrid. We enjoyed restaurants nearby. The metro was very close.
The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is well maintained. The breakfast is worth adding to the room cost. They offer a large variety and its good.
The room with the bunk bed is small for a family, but worked because of the large terrace. It was great to have a space to sit together and not be in...

We had anazing 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. The room was very clean and neat. The staff are amazing and helpful and specially Biatriz and James who were very supportive and didnt hesitate to answer our queries. The hotel is located in the heart of mayor street which is near everything around you. You can walk down all the mIn streets of madrid....
