We recently traveled with our daughter and decided to stay at this hotel. So glad we picked this one. Its well located and the staff as well as the breakfast were awesome . Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in a central location in Madrid!...

We had a really good Experience , Esther , Mariana, Elisa really nice people and helpful , the only thing i didnt like was the noise from the room upstairs , midnight they were making suitcases and a lot of walking , to much noise , but i really want to thanks one more time to Mariano, Elisa and Esther for beeing so nice with my and my family ️...

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the room was quiet despite the busy street. The room is small, but comfortable, practical, and exceptionally clean. The price is reasonable. Next year, a visit to Madrid is planned, and I will choose this accommodation again....

The location is great! 10 min walk away from the main destination of Madrid. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious. The hotel is clean, the stuff is very friendly, cheerful, they are always glad to help and explain you everything. Special Thanks for Mariano! He greeted us very well! Definitely we will come back here again!...

Old but nice

Although the hotel is a bit old, everything went fine.
I was informed the hotel will have a r renovation soon, making it even better.
The staff were friendly, but I want to thank Flávio, the front desk guy, for his sympathy and professionalism....
