Excellent hotel conditions and very nice stuff

The hotel is very clean and calm, stuff is very polite and smiley. I had a problem with the door of the room, but they gave me another room immediately.
Breakfast was very good and a special thanks to Laura,who was very helpful, she saw me that I am sick and proposed to prepare for me hot water with lemon juice and honey, that was very nice. Thank you...

We really enjoyed the breakfast Maria prepared with lovely Virginia serving us always with a smile and very helpful with the kids....

Wonderful stay! The room was cozy and well-appointed, and the breakfast was delightful. Special thanks to Virginia at the breakfast for her outstanding help and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel! Friendly for friends and families too....

Great space in the comfortable room, especially the terrace! Spacious and very nice common spaces. Excellent location in city next to park and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highlight was breakfast! Unbelievably fresh and tasty with huge variety. Breakfast staff was fantastic. Maybe the best breakfast experience weve ever had....

This is a very special hotel like a family house.The team is one of the best I have ever seen in all over the world from the front desk to the housekeeping,located at a very special part of Madrid.You can walk every spot by walk.I would like to give a special place to Virginia,because she is exceptional.She is a hard worker but always doing her job,giving her heart into her daily job.Every hotel wants to have a hard...
