Great location, great hotel

An excellent location, with easy access to tourist sites, restaurants and night life. The hotel staff are very friendly and the breakfast is superb / lots of choice and, most importantly, excellent coffee. The addition of a cafe insight means you can have a cake and coffee without going out....

Petit Palace is a great place to work, focus or meet people and drink a coffee! Can only recommend strongly. Also, Antonella the waitress, is super nice and welcoming. The coffee and matcha latte are amongst my favourites in Madrid. Defintely worth a visit....

Excellent Location, But Poor Maintenance and Service

While the property is in an excellent location, my stay was far from ideal. The staff was not welcoming, and the limited breakfast options discouraged me from purchasing it. The rooms are in dire need of renovationwooden floors creak loudly with every step, making it impossible not to disturb others during the night. Ive been robbed at Petit Palace Chueca on the 22nd of January 2025 where I am currently staying for my visit to Fitur. When I arrived at my room at 20:30, I realized that my phone charger, a new fancy bag I bought from El Corte Ingles (brand Lula Casademunt), and a box of Turkish delights that I had brought for a client were robbed. excellent quality of coffee and taste was amazing, something that seems to be dificult to find in this zone. Araceli was very kind and showed excellent barista skills. Loved her coffee!!!!. They also count with variety of treats that were delicious....
