I wish I could give a better review to this place. The location was great and very central, and my first impression of the cute check-in desk next to a hip coffee shop and the awesome antique-style lift was unique. Service was also very friendly. Great for a short city break in Madrid

A solid little hotel right in the middle of Madrid. Rooms were very clean, although some of the furniture was a little damaged and should be replaced. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The ladies at the desk happily provided any information I needed and booked us a taxi back to the airport.
The only real negative was the noise from outside was sometimes excessive. Its a pity the soundproofing wasnt better....

We have been staying at this hotel for a few years now in Summer and Winter. We recently stayed there for 15 nights. It's the best hotel all around! The staff is amazing - each and every one in the Petit Palace Chueca team: from the day and night front desk, the cafeteria, the room cleaning people... always with a smile and working with professionalism. I had to work during my stay in Madrid and the hotel is quite good for that, the co-working space and the internet are fine. The best part of my stay was the friendliness of the staff, especially Araceli that by the second day already started preparing my coffee as soon as she saw me getting out of the elevator early morning :) made my working there more pleasant for sure! plus she gave us great tips for non-turistic...
