This location is exceptional 10/10. Its in the heart of the city and close to the Sol and Opera metro stations. Its a few minutes away from the very busy Plaza puerto de sol where masses of crowds gather at night. Very close to the Royal Palace of Madrid.

The hotel is in a fabulous location! And the street is pedestrian only after a certain time in the afternoon, I couldnt have been happier with the location. They dont have parking but have an agreement with the big parking garage that is literally under the block the hotel is on. We had a double bed room on the street side. The bed was more like an American king size, and while comfortable enough, it wasnt especia...

Nice hotel, very kind and nice staff. Very nice and cozy rooms. We were satisfied with the accommodation and services.
Hotel is located near metro station. There are many good restaurants, cafes and shops around.
Breakfast was average, but nothing special....

I booked because among the services they have they say that there is AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING. Well, when I spent the first night there, the "air conditioning" that they say they have did not work, I woke up all sweaty. When I went down to reception to say that it did not work, they told me that they do not have air conditioning, that it is only a temper...
