Highly recommend - great staff - great breakfast!!!

The staff was wonderful. Entire front desk staff exceeded our expectations from check in to solving a huge issue we had with luggage. The breakfast was also amazing! Water pressure in the shower is fantastic! I would highly recommend this hotel and we would stay here again!...

This was a wonderful place to stay. Great location. Beds and rooms are comfy and clean (a little small from an American perspective), but adequate. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, fresh, healthy choices. The staff was amazing, and went far beyond the extra mile to help us with a problem. We would definitely stay here again!...

Not the boutique hotel they claim to be... at least not for all guests

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Madrid, but the so called boutique hotel did not live up to what they claimed on their website.
The room I stayed in, was right next to the cleaners cupboard which their staff used as a communal break room to chat in the early morning. On the first day, we couldn't work the shower and used the phone to call the reception. The phone was broken so I had to go to the re...

The hotel is in a vibrant and centrally located area. The rooms are very quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows. Fantastic breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. We will be returning to this hotel in the future....

Very nice hotel with excellent location near very good restaurants and the most known plaza of Madrid. The room was very clean and spacious, with a street view. The breakfast room was well decorated, it had a very nice view. The food was great with a good variety....
