I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I cant recommend it enough. The staff were fantastic, with a special shout-out to Carlos Gomez for his exceptional service. His friendliness and professionalism made a big difference in our experience. The accommodations were top-notchcomfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making it a perfect base for exploring Madrid.

Beautiful place, great location. Staff very friendly and highly service oriented, Lorena and Mafalda made the breakfast experience top notch and a great start of the day! Had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning in the room but it was fixed immediately, perfect....
