Beautiful place, great location. Staff very friendly and highly service oriented, Lorena and Mafalda made the breakfast experience top notch and a great start of the day! Had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning in the room but it was fixed immediately, perfect....

The staff was very helpful and especially the restaurant staff Ms. Lorena was so kind and friendly . The hotel location is an excellent place where you can walk around and many restaurants options next to you. Room so clean and spacious enough with very nice balcony. ...

Two nights here before business meetings and for a special occasion. You simply can't beat this location - you can walk out of the hotel and emerge into the spectacular Plaza Mayor! All of the main attractions are within easy walking distance. The staff was attentive and accommodating.
