a family-friendly, fun place with an excellent location. The hotel staff is very specialized and gets to know you from the first day. The breakfast is very complete and pleasant. Worth the stay.

I stayed at this hotel from December 24 to 27, 2024. I would give this hotel a 1 but the staff was excellent.
I had a room with a fold out couch. There was 3 of us. The room setup is ridiculous. The bathroom is tiny.
The light switches turn on different lights and you don't know which switches turn on which lights. The water closet door closes magnetically and makes a lot of noise. It wakes everyone up.

Amazing experience!

Had an amazing experience at the location. Everything was better than expected, staff was amazing and overall the ambiance was very comfortable and enjoyable.
My favorite part was the bar where Gabriel Blanco gave us an amazing service with great cocktail suggestions and was on top of quality of service.
I would suggest this to all my friends and relatives....
