Great Location for a Quick Stop

I was there for just one overnight stay. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently located to main sights. There was a metro station right outside in the square. The area was quite safe even after midnight and before sunrise. The room was clean and well equipped. The service was good although the front desk was somewhat understaffed....

Pros: central, clean, modern.
Cons: lucking any ambiance, smallish rooms, strange room layout, impersonal service.
Stayed here 5 night for 1700 room only on the basic room level.
Room was relatively small with the sink and shower in the room. Strange and somewhat odd layout. They did an impressive work planing the room to include many required amenities. However the overall result is somewhat underwhelming an...

Lovely clean hotel.
Unfortunately the breakfast was not fresh. Breads were hard dry not fresh and if you wanted to toast the bread it was in a panini maker that was broken. Fruit cut fresh but dried due to AC. The orange juice was fresh and tasty.
I asked for very hot milk and got warm milk everytime. Many of the items were ready made from a box for croissants, pain aux chocolat and cinnamon roll.

Lovely hotel - so clean and well maintained. The reception team were helpful and polite. Everywhere you go the staff wish you good day and its very friendly.
The breakfast was delicious and so well presented. We didnt order hot food but it did look delicious. The staff serving in the restaurant area were helpful.

I booked a room here at the last minute due to a change in travel plans. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They greeted me with a smile every time I entered and left the hotel. The room was clean, smelled great, and just the perfect size for a single traveler. It also had a nice view of plaza de Isabel. The hotel is closely located near the Palacio Real, Plaza de España, and Temple of Debod for sight seeing....
