This hotel was perfectly adequate for our stay and cant really fault it.
We had two rooms, my friend was kindly left birthday cake and a card for his birthday which was a nice touch.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, although the pillows a little awkward! The room was quiet and nice and dark in the evening.
We had no breakfast, so cant comment.

I stayed at the NYX from july 27 to 30th and I must say the hotel is very nice. Let's try to be more detailed.
The location is a 15 minute walk from nuevos ministerios, which makes it easy on.line 8 to come ftom and go to the airport and line 10 takes you to the heart ️ of madrid . The hotel is close to el corte Ingles and many stores and bars but sadly the area is rather dirty with overflowing trash bins, cans a...

Clean modern hotel near many attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon /heating worked perfectly. Great to have reception open 24/7. Nice comfortable bar on ground floor. Unfortunately the pool and roof terrace were closed when I stayed. Staff were very good. An easy taxi ride to/from the airport....

It's a really nice hotel. The rooms are cleaned, and towels are replaced daily. However, they are a little dark. There was a good choice for breakfast. It's a 10-minute walk to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium for people doing a tour or attending a match. We stayed at the hotel from 22-26 March, the hotel staff on check in were friendly and helpful, upgraded us to a larger room as said was better than the smaller one booked through Love Holidays (no mention of size on booking site but a double room).
