The hotel was on a good location near airport, recently renovated, clean and quiet. Breakfast had lots of options and the bar served food later during the night. Personnel was friendly. The only thing I would consider is using the same towels for more than one day, as they do in Scandinavia, to be more sustainable. ...

My stay was very comfortable, staff was very cooperative. The hotel is far from noise so good to be in a quiet place.
City centre is not too far but one can take taxi or metro, metro station is on a 5-7 minutes walk from hotel.
AirPort is 15-20 minutes drive depending on traffic....

Plus Sides. The room was lovely, modern and cleaned daily. The breakfast was good, lots of choice. Very close to the Madrid football stadium and close to underground for Madrid centre.
Down Sides. We couldn't turn the air conditioner down, it was set at 24 and would not go any lower. We resolved this by opening the window which was closed when cleaned. My partner barely slept it was so hot! Breakfast stated you coul...

The room which I was initially offered, was so dirty (walls covered in aged dust, heating was not working, the water was not draining from under the shower. The first room nr 119 which I was offered is not suitable to be offered to any customers at this condition. I was offered the other room nr 227 and it was cleaner but did have issues with water drainage under the shower, TV - not all channels worked. bathroom was...

Probably the worst hotel Ive been in the last 10 years.
If you book a single room, youll get a 90cm kid bed.
If you request a normal larger bed, you gotta pay to get a 140cm (double bed, not even queen).
The bed is really old, make lots of noises for each movement you do. The room is very old and lots of things broken. See pictures.
Avoid absolutely this hotel. Shame on them!...
