NH ventas thieves

I forgot my two designer bags in the room and the staff just kept it. They are thieves. Also they have team of thieves who are pickpocketrs outside the hotel and management is involved in it. They are unable to trace thier house keeping lady who cleaned room once we left who is gonna believe this. I visited them from brussels and now onwards i just dont recamond NH hotels anywhere in the world to anyone. Thier morals...

Stayed here 4 nights in late June. Decent hotel, but not a 4 star!
Pool is beautiful but weirdly only open from 11 to 7. Maybe 7 pm makes sense as it is a noisy hotel, but why start so late?
Room faced east, and it was very loud. Unfortunately I was a few floors above the restaurant that had a big patio. Wedding party on the Sat night, partying with loud music till 1:30 am, and then still people being loud afte...

Good location close to metro lines.
Room size and bed quality were good.
All clean.
We had quite bad temperature experience in the room. Too hot in October.
Lot of noise too. Not because of the street but rather the doors themselves which are making lot of noise when closing....

Bland, soulless hotel. Bedroom reminded me of a hospital clinical room rather than a comfortable inviting hotel room.Lighting in the bedroom is the dimmest I have ever encountered. Rooms are small. There is no free water or tea and coffee making facilities. Polished wood floors but no complimentary slippers. Breakfast is very good but overwealmed if too many peope arrive at the same time....

The location is a bit away from the city center instead in a quiet neighborhood.
Our difficulty was bringing up our luggages up their stairs. They should provide a ramp. Thankful for the assistance of their solo porter.
Their dinner & breakfast food was superb.
They provided clean and comfortable room.
I love that they offer good coffee and light breakfast in the lobbyfor the early risers.
