NH Hotel Lagasca might work for business travelers but falls short for families, especially those with small children. The atmosphere and amenities seem more suited to a professional clientele, and the lack of family-friendly considerations is evident. Good location, quiet room and helpful staff but prices have increased a lot. Breakfast a bit boring after a couple of days but OK for a short stay....

I enjoy staying at the NH Lagasca, mainly because of its good service, its location, which is truly exceptional, and its breakfast buffet, which is quite complete and generous. I was recently staying and while at the hotel I sent a note to the manager explaining some things that needed to be corrected in my room. She responded to me immediately and I hope they have been corrected now. However, now that I am back home...

I booked for 3 nights expecting a room upgrade as a loyal member of GHA Discovery, Titanium tier. Unfortunately, there was no upgrade or recognition, and my room was a bit smaller than expected.
Surprisingly, there was no air conditioning, which was a first for me stay in a hotel, especially considering the price. The good thing is that the location is very convenient, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and fashion b...

The hotel is situated in a great part of Madrid, quite quiet and near a number of restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and really helpful! We had a meal in the restaurant which was good and very reasonably priced! Marta was very helpful thanks!
Our room was a little tired and the air con didnt work so the room was very warm so hence the 4 stars especially as it wasnt a cheap hotel.
