The hotel is very convenient for Atocha station. That's my only positive. I've stayed in a few NH hotels and they've been really comfortable, but this hotel just wasn't anywhere near the same standard. I booked in advance and on arrival was really dismayed at the size of the room and bathroom. The toilet was right in front of the tiny shower and I could barely move. A lovely hotel in a great location

We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel and were really impressed. The room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and lots of useful amenities and extras. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fresh with lots of options. The location was perfect for the airport bus and also for visiting the cultural quarter of Madrid. We'd definitely stay here again....

We stayed at this NH hotel in Madrid for a quick overnight. Although we had a small room, it was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was perfect for us before we continued our journey in Spain the next morning. It is across the street from the Madrid Atocha train station so it was a perfect location!...

Not a good experience.
We arrived from an overnight flight prior to 8am. Cold and dark outside.
The front desk was not helpful telling us about a place that we could find a place to eat and sit down (the lobby is very small). After the front desk told us everything would be closed at that time on a Sunday, we were allowed to sit for coffee at the restaurant but asked to leave an empty restaurant soon after finishing ...
