The best thing about this property is the unique location.
rooms are not spacious.
rooms are really clean and very well equipped.
check in process was smooth and also check out as well.
food is really nice.
Upon check in we had a complementary drinks at the roof top and it was so crowded that we could not walk in but the view was fantastic....

Location, location, location. Nice people. Beautiful renovation of possibly an existing hotel, or not. Clean, comfortable and overall, an excellent place to stay. We will definitely look for their other properties when traveling in Spain again. ...

This is a 5⭐ hotel. Just very, very nice but without being showy.
The beds are super comfy, the breakfast is great and the food and ambience in the cafe are really good too. I can't comment on the main restaurant as we didn't use it. But, as it seemed to be full most nights, I assume it is good.
The hotel is excellently sited for most things you are likely to want to do in Madrid. There is a Metro stop nearby and...

We have been staying in this hotel for several years. This is our second stay this year. Beautiful hotel , excellent location in the center of Madrid within walking distance of all restaurants and attractions. The breakfast is superb. The rooftop bar is a must.
Daniel in guest service is tops.
Highly recommended.

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, and I thought the service was generally excellent. Everything was within walking distance, and it was easy to get a taxi. The front desk personnel were helpful.
in particular, the manager Javed H was specially helpful to getting me what I wanted and suggesting to places when I asked for it (I wanted to go to an Indian Restaurant - he found one within 2 mts walk.
