This hotel has a great location and good rooms, bathroom amenities are appreciated for a work traveller. Great breakfast buffet as well....

Great location literally across the street from the Prado museum and within walking distance of all the great sights in Centro including the Royal Palace. Room was very comfortable and quiet; bathroom and rainfall shower were excellent. We had a private terrace and it was a plus. The rooftop gym gives you 360 degree views of the city though the gym didnt have a great selection of cardio equipment. Overall, it was...

Hotel is in a great location,with welcoming, helpful staff. Breakfast was heavenly with real fruit juices a bonus! We arrived early, our room was ready. Overall superb....

We stayed at NH Collection for 3 nights, while touring with Amawaterways. Location was amazing. Prado just a block away. Lots of places to eat. Breakfast was very good. They don't mention it, but you can get omelets cooked to order. Bathroom and shower was a great size, however the vent above our shower had not been cleaned in a long time. Having a nespresso machine and tea pot was a plus. Our room looked at a wall, ...
