We checked in at 0900 and managed to get a late checkout at 1400 with access to a lounge.The spa and gym was also available,the gym being the best I have ever used.Breakfast and dinner good value and quality.The staff were all very helpful friendly....

Beautiful room. Hotel is in a quiet area. We are with a tour so it's a busy place
Only complaint is the beautiful marble bathroom is very slippery. No stand alone shower so you have to climb into the tub. There are no high grab bars on the tub to hold onto. There are low grab bars for taking a bath. I feel shower was unsafe for an older person with a risk of slipping....

NH Madrid Eurobuilding Hotel was an excellent choice for my needs. It is situated in a quiet area with many dining options nearby. It takes maximum 15 minutes walking to reach the stadium and Real Madrids offices and a similar time to make it to Columbia metro station from where you can reach the airport on a direct line. I was seduced by the pictures on their website of the pool thinking it would be a great place for my daughter to play. I was disappointed to learn that not only was there an extra charge to use the pool (they didn't even let me look at it without paying) but it was for adults only. Good quality hotel but expensive for Madrid. Also very difficult to get a reservation if booking late for business. Spa is fantastic, best in Madrid in my opinion.
Hotel is expensive. VIP floor and rooms are a nice touch.
My bathroom on this trip had a faulty shower, but air conditioning worked well and the rooms are well sound proofed.
