I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel and I was impressed by your team!
I arrived late, but your team was so warm and welcoming. When I checked into my room, I was delighted to find complimentary items the crisps at 11pm were great! The room was fantastic.
The breakfast was lovely, and the gentleman in the breakfast room even gave me an extra tea bag to take to my room as I worked there in the morning.

We stayed for nine days in a suite, very comfortable, well decorated and functional. The spacious and complete bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Bathrobe and slippers all impeccable. Excellent hotel in a great location in Salamanca 1 block from Serrano street where there are shops and restaurants. Great buffet breakfast, specially loved the detox juices, nice size rooms and bathrooms, a very attentive, professional reception staff which assisted me in various ways, Overall an amazing stay. Always stay here when I am in Madrid...
