Friendly and helpful staff

Rebeca and all the staff were super friendly and nice with my husband and mom. Always willing to help and make us feel at home.
They upgraded our room to compensate for the water damage and gave us chocolates and free drinks.
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. I'd stay here again....

Gracious hospitality

Hotel NH Abasacal's staff was incredibly gracious. Rebecca of the hotel's Domo restaurant and Paula at the concierge front desk especially stand out for their genuine hospitality. Thank them for us for making our visit to Madrid so enjoyable....

Business Stay but will come back for leisure

The hotel is well located and very easy to use the metro to and from the airport. The city centre is only a 30 minute or so walk away and in the opposite direction is the Santiago Bernabeu.
The room was lovely and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful.
The stand out though was the amazing buffet breakfast. I had to behave myself, very easy to become very fat and happy with the great selection of treats.

The hotel is very nice and elegant, but the rooms are a little bit smalls! Thanks to everybody in the hotel! Eusebio and Cristina helped us a lot! And in the restaurant Bogdan Javier were very good with us every night in the dinner! We will be back for sure...
