I visited Madrid in 9/20/24 and stayed here for 2 days. Loved this hotel which is conveniently situated close to the shopping area and La Plaza Mayor. Is close but not too close to this beautiful bustling city. if you walk to the back streets you can find restaurants that had very good menus and it was great to eat with friends. If you want a great hotel in Madrid with high standards where all the staff strive to provide a good 5* service, close to some of the cities top attractions, stay here. Warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Smooth check in. Room was ready early, clean and well appointed. Great views from 10th floor towards palace. Breakfast plentiful. Good location for palace and other attractions. Fair price for a 5 star experience. Highly recommended....

Meliá Princesa Madrid is a hotel that claims 5-star status but fails to deliver on almost every front. The decor and furniture are visibly damaged and outdated, and the room design seems to lack any consideration for guest comfort. Lighting resembles that of a low-grade hospitalcold and uninviting.

Great hotel and great location! We will definitely return! Had a Junior Suite and it was amazing. Loved the Level Lounge as well. Really, really liked our stay here. Nice staff as well. Close to metro as well. Nice decor in lobby and room. Loved the large 2 person shower in the suite....
