The stingiest 5 star hotel

They even refused to provide us with two new bottles of water daily and told us to drink from the tap when we called the reception. The plumbing needs to be fixed sometimes it doesnt completely flush and water temperature is just terrible for the price paid....

Amazing hotel.
We upgraded to the Level area which is 100% worth it. A nice relaxed area for breakfast, and snacks and tapas and drinks available all day long.
Great rooms with amazing views over the City from the high floors. A lovely spa as well to relax in, and a great location literally a few minutes walk from all the action!...

Fabulous hotel. Could not be better placed for all attractions yet in a quiet location. We booked a level room, well worth it. Totally recommend and would definitely return.
All of the staff have been friendly and efficient. Dont hesitate to use this hotel, it really is great....

I visited Madrid in 9/20/24 and stayed here for 2 days. Loved this hotel which is conveniently situated close to the shopping area and La Plaza Mayor. Is close but not too close to this beautiful bustling city. if you walk to the back streets you can find restaurants that had very good menus and it was great to eat with friends. Is those small places that are wonderful because that are away from the craziness. Lo...

If you want a great hotel in Madrid with high standards where all the staff strive to provide a good 5* service, close to some of the cities top attractions, stay here.
