My pre booking correspondence by email was replied to promptly and their English was clearly understood. The Location is excellent, close to Grand Via and Sol with many shops and restaurants nearby, but yet not on a busy main street so relatively quiet. Lovely hotel with excellent location. Close to Gran Via, stores, cafes. We chose most economic room, which was very cramped but as we were out on tours most of the day, it was fine. Breakfast was adequate, options to choose from. We didn't eat here other than breakfast but enjoyed the bar at night. Juan Carlos is an amazing bartender! And Pedro on the tour desk also! ...

Perfect Hotel in a perfect location

We stayed for 4 nights the reception staff were very welcoming. The room was perfect beautifully furnished and a lovely bathroom. Coffee machine with coffee supplied, two .5 litre bottles of water daily. Would definitely recommend the location is perfect....

Don't make my mistake!

We were supposed to arrive at the hotel, but due to the war and airlines suspending flights to Spain, we had to cancel as directed by the hotel. The hotel did not refund us and is not willing to change the dates. The service is disgraceful, with robotic responses that do not take the situation into account, and there is an extremely long response time....

Bad client policies

Was eating a sweet purchased in La Mayorquina nearby and an attendant came to let me know I was not allowed to eat such sweet in hotel premises since was not purchased in hotel.
Such a bad policy.
Understand policy but a 2 euro three bites sweet should be small enough for an exception to the policy.
Hope management take note....
