A good stay overall, but there was definitely some room for improvement.
1. We paid for 4 rooms beginning Dec 30 and ending Jan 6, and more than reached their stated $1,200 payment that supposedly would earn us a "gift." (I think it's wine). But no gift for us. No biggie, but jeesh!
2. Breakfast was expensive, the same every day--and uninspired.
3. We (and our daughter in the next room) were awakened on two days ...

If I was to review the hotel without the service aspect and the issue we had Id say the rooms were nice and had everything we needed maybe needed more mirrors and double glazing in rooms facing the little square but it was beginning of December so cant blame people for singing and having fun. The issue is the service!!! We booked though love holiday for a weekend away for 3 friends and my parents for a pre Christma...

When you visit Madrid , the best hotel for many reasons courtesy and location. Near everything stores, restaurants and tourist sites. Walkable. The cafeteria excellent for a good breakfast and excellent service. The rooms are state of the art. And very comfortable....

Fantastic hotel. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are very confortable and clean. The hotel is very central. I´ll recomend it very much. The renovation that are already made are beautiful. The breakfast is also good, although the food at dinner are not very nice, we tried 2 nights and is only aceptable....

Visited for a 60th Birthday celebrations with family. Check in was seamless and reception staff very nice. Rooms were lovely, clean, spotless and spacious. Ive stayed at many many hotels and I cant fault this place. Centrally located as well with restaurants and bars on doorstep....
