The front desk staff fid get us a refund for the dog fee, as my dog is a service animal. It was nice to have a room with a dog bed and bowls. Thank you! The floor along the walls was dirty. Otherwise it was pretty clean and had hard floors. You have to request a hotpot for tea or coffee. The only bad experience was going to eat breakfast, as the host who greets and seats you...

We stayed for a week whilst exploring the city and travelling out to other cities.
This hotel was comfortable and well equipped. It was quiet at night and provided an excellent breakfast.
It is located in a residential area, so local shops and restaurants are reasonably priced. There is a metro station, Alfonso XIII, close by....

Friendly staff at the reception, large and clean rooms. If there is any complaint at all, the older male person who works at the restaurant's reception during breakfast should be a little more friendly and flexible....

Not a pleasant stay !

Positive - great location and staff friendly,
Negative - air conditioning turned off and no fans available. Room was extremely hot for October and windows had to be left open however it was very noisy as our room overlooked the Main Street and each night I was bitten and slept badly.
I am a lady of a certain age and had I known that air conditioning was not all year round I would not have booked this hotel....
