The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was surrounded by very good restaurants. The hospitality of the staff was very satisfactory. We stayed in a superior room, and if I visit Madrid again, I would prefer to stay at this hotel. Thank you for everything!...

Great location and safe neighborhood. Very close to several metro station lines. Staff was warm and friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Bring earbuds as the bar across the street can be obnoxiously loud and their patrons can be noisy after the club has closed. . ...

Perfect service from Rebecca and migel and Augustin. The hotel is very quiet and very clean its in the middle of the main place so it was very comfortable to shop around and to get the bags back in the hotel and the service is excellent and very professional. Thanks for the hospitality!!!! We will definitely be back soon and will use it again and again.....
