We have stayed in this wonderful hotel for two weeks, with the short exception of traveling in Spain, so we checked out twice but were keep coming back, therefore we experienced three different rooms. Twice our windows were facing inner courtyard and it was very quiet and once we had a room with a balcony with the view of Gran Via. While it was so beautiful, I must say it was noisier. A fantastic hotel, safe location and has everything you could need. It was very clean and beautifully decorated (we were in room 710). A shout out to Clara at the roof top bar which is fab, a great place to relax above the noise of the city ,and watch the sun set. The breakfast was very good but could do with an extra member of staff to help when busy,...

I chose this hotel for my recent visit to Madrid after reading so many reviews and having a look at the surrounding area on google maps, and this hotel was great.
The check in was very quick and efficient.
I had the buffet breakfast and there is a choice of eggs, mini croissants, toast, cereal, orange juice and more.

This was a very nice city centre hotel. We had a standard room which was spacious as was the bathroom. Shower gel, shampoo etc was replenished daily. Towels were good quality. The beds were comfortable.

Location is excellent. The hotel is spotless. However, the rooms are dated and the walls paper thin. We had the misfortune of having to listen to a couple argue and swear at each other for two days. The lobby experience is non existent and while the rooftop bar is beautiful it was deserted when we visited....
