Was clean and value for money for 3 people. Beds were a bit on the hard side.
Good location for getting around the city.
Sound proofing is not the best. Bathroom a bit small and with 3 people in the room luggage was an issue. If you don't need a hotel with amenities this is it!...

We really liked this hotel. Booked on a Tui package deal £600 for 7 nights plus flights, a real bargain. It's in a good location just off Gran Via so very close to all tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily, lovely walk in shower, polite staff. Very clean and neat hotel with excellent bathrooms. The location is nigh on perfect as you're barely a minutes walk from the Calle de Gran Via where you will find many restaurants, shops, and cafes.

I stayed at Hotel Los Condes in October 2023 for four nights while touring Madrid and Segovia/Avila. The location of the hotel is perfect - one block off the busy Gran Via, on a quiet street. My group of friends was able to walk to the Plaza de Espana, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Prado, Thyssen, Buen Retiro park,Chueca neighborhood, and more.
