The comfiest bed ever!!!

We recently stayed for three nights during our long weekend in Madrid.
The hotel is in a nice and quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station (Principe de Vergara). It's really easy to get here from the airport - just get line 8 to Colombia and then change here onto line 9 to Principe De Vergara. The journey takes around 35 minutes. (Or it's around a 20 minutes Uber journey for 28).

First the less good. Went with 2 other couples. Had requested a double room on high floor. Got twin beds on the 2nd floor whilst one of our friends were on the 3rd floor and both others had large double beds. The beds in whatever form were comfy. Mould on the bath sealant was quite bad and shower screen leaked. Toilet dripped/overflowed ( into the toilet ) in the night. One pair of friends had turn down chocolate...

Fantastic venue for business trip with meetings

We stayed at H10 Puerta de Alcala for a business trip. We used one of their meeting rooms which was fully equipped and especially good as it had large windows looking out with lots of natural daylight.
We had a group of 13, the staff and service were exceptional and we were really well looked after. I would highly recommend this venue for a holiday or business trip.
The food and hospitality was also fantastic! ever...

From the moment we arrived to when we checked out the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, the bed very comfortable and a lovely sized bathroom. The breakfast was excellent as was the food on the rooftop terrace. I would highly recommend this perfectly situated hotel....

Overall standard hotel. It will work if you need it for budget and does have a nice lounge area. Beds are comfortable. A little louder on the main road but nothing to stop you from sleeping. I may call it more of a 3 star hotel class than four. Rooms not up to par with cleanliness level (small stains on curtains, something spilt on the headboard, small hairs in shower).
