Careful of room descriptions

Location was great but everything else was very poor. Was given a queen studio with no windows to outdoors. was not clear to us when booking that this would be the case . Claustrophobic. Had to leave aircondition on to get some air circulation. No hot water. Loud at night....

Disappointing Stay at Gran Central Suites, Madrid
Before our stay, I completed the arrival forms they provided, but these forms were sent out repeatedly. While good communication is appreciated, the volume and length of their emails were overwhelming, including numerous offers for airport transfers.

Short stay at Gran Central Suites - Small one bedroom apartment in a private block located in Central Madrid. Gran Central suites Admin was good arranging - airport transfers and onsite assistance with access codes & safe.
There is No Elevator in this three floor apartment block, consequently had to carry our luggage up uneven wooden staircase with metal hand rails - not ideal for some visitors.

Central location and great price

My wife and two children stayed at this hotel while attending the Mad Cool Festival. The coordination for the check in was conveniently done via WhatsApp with no problems. Big area for the amount paid; it was a whole flat. The washer was a great plus and the location is great. Walking distance to the metro station, restaurants and convenient shopping places....

Average apartment/hotel in the middle of Madrid.

I stayed there for three nights as we had a friend gathering in the city. I spent around 215 per night for one bedroom apartment. I could not say anything about the location; perfect, and suited all my needs.
