The location is central but not the best neighborhood. The pictures on its website are completely different from the hotel room. The rooms we had were painted dark brown. The bathroom is good size, though. The bedding sheets and towels are completely worn out. The cover sheet on my bed has holes and stains. We stayed 3 nights. They never changed the bed. We asked to clean our room. They only remade the bed...

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful, and helped with storing luggage and arranging airport transportation. The breakfast buffet was also adequate. The hotel is also located at a very good location within a walking distance to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran via and the Prado Museum. Will definitely stay here if I visi...

We were quite pleased with this hotel. The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms, something that is not very common in mid-range hotels in Europe. Rooms were cleans and the beds were comfortable. In spite of its name, Eurostars Plaza Mayor, it was a bit of a walk to the Plaza Mayor as well as Parque Retiro and the Palacio Nacional. Great location, close and walking distance to everything in central Madrid.. rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Very helpful front desk staff. I dont remember the names but the lady who checked us in on the afternoon on sep 9th was very nice and the gentleman who was at night and afternoon both were very nice and helpful and gave us great recommendations....

Perfect stay for us. My husband and I booked a double superior room for our 2-night visit to Madrid. The front facade is pretty small and unassuming, we probably would not have noticed it if we were not specifically looking for it. The room was very nice though.
