Arrived, set in , following that night AC didnt work, no options available no room no fan. Walked out at midnight, And still fighting my full refund!!! Emails for weeks no answer. All excuses full of contradictions.Never stay in Eurostar!!!!...

The first floor rooms have both street noise and are open to the lobby so you can hear everything happening there at all hours. The rooms only have heat (no AC), so its unbearably stuffy. Definitely not a 4 star experience and not worth the price....

Eurostars Casa de la Lírica is a cool, basic hotel with a fantastic location near Gran Vía and Plaza del Carmen. The shower in our room was broken, and the nearby club made it quite noisy until 6 AM. Despite these issues, the convenience of the location made up for it. I wouldn't mind staying here again....

Amazing hotel in the centre of Madrid!

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights in August, the hotel was fantastic and the staff were all extremely helpful.
The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. When we came to Madrid the temperature was + 37° so we were thankful for the air con in our room which worked perfectly.

Location is spot on . Few minutes walk to sol and Gran via . Check in was smooth , very helpful staff . Rooms are good size , very good amenities in bathroom. Clean . The only issue which I faced was the air con. Its very hot in Madrid currently and the air con was not fully functioning. No fans were available when asked.
They did offer me to change but the other room was the same so I stick to my room on third fl...
