Very average apartment in need of updating and some new decor. Needs new linens too! Our bath towels were thin, bottom sheet didnt fit the bed properly so moved during the night. The decor is drab and in need of refreshing. I havent been to the other Erik Vokel apartments but this one is in need of some love!! Not a nice street but the location overall isnt bad. I think the managers need to get themselves down her...

Lovely appartment but overall an expensive stay compared to what we got. Lack of cleaning on elevator, balcony and basement. Bad and boring location regards the nearby metro. Reception igen 9-17 and male receptionist (weekend) not that friendly. But lovely appartment and god beds...

Clean spacious apartment w full fridge. With children, the 2nd bathroom helpful for getting ready. Great location to walk to the museums. Grocery store right at the corner. Soft pillow not too bulky. This is a very nondescript apartment building, fairly central to atocha station and reina sofia museum, but once you are inside it is well appointed. There is a small parking garage below, a small reception, lockers for storing your bags after checkout (1 euro), and a small deck - this is where the photos come into play.

Great location, very safe and easy to get to city centre. It took us 12 minutes from Sol metro station to the front door. Apartment 62 had a large terrace with a table and a sun lounger . The weather was great except one day when it rained. We loved Madrid and the people who are some of the most friendliest I have ever met in a city this size.
