Stayed here for a night at the end of an escorted tour recently. Had high expectations and while the Hotel is very good it falls short in a number of areas. Though Ill begin with the positives.

Stunning hotel, bright hallways, friendly staff and beautiful rooms right on the Gran Via. Breakfast is good, but is the same everyday. My family and I felt safe and comfortable, we didnt want to leave! Would stay here again. Highly recommend!...

Hotel is right at Gran Vía prime location. Easy access to any places. Room was clean, good size (in Europe), and surprisingly quiet though it's right on a busy street. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is pretty, European mini-grand style. We did have a good stay at this hotel....

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a small group tour. The location was excellent, with restaurants, shops, and some tourist attractions within walking distance.
