We returned from Madrid and had an incredible 8 day stay. The reception staff of Celia, Alessandro and Raquel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so delicious with an amazing staff of Miguel, Natalia and Sonia. We would stay again....

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very quiet and excellently located, you can walk to places of interest in all directions.
The staff is very friendly and willing to attend to all requests.

Great stay at this hotel, room was spacious with a bath and lovely natural shampoo and conditioners- did wonders for the cold weather on my hair! Hotel is very central and under a five min walk to the main square and other attractions. Shop and bakery nearby as well as some nice bars. Staff were very welcoming and even on our departure supported with our luggage and taxi to airport. Staff were all great and keen to h...

This was our second trip here, last time was in 2018. Location is very good, about 2/3 the way from Atocha Train Station (15 minute walk) to Plaza Mayor (5 minute walk). 15 minutes to the Prado and Retiro. If you can walk a mile, you can see just about everything. Area is clean. A bit uphill from Atocha, something to keep in mind if you are bringing luggage from the train station, but we managed it fine.

We were in Spain to go on a cruise and stayed here for three days prior to heading to Barcelona to meet our ship
The hotel was great, very comfortable and close to great places to eat and transportation. The room was pretty and nicely kept. There are easy walks to the museums and nearby vibrant plazas. It was an easy walk to the Metro at Sol and we connected from there to a day trip to Segovia by train....
