Well located within 20 minutes walk of archeological museum, martime museum and Egyptian temple. Unusual layout as the hotel was previously two buildings as evidence the two staircases (one near reception and the other at the far end of the hall.) BTW upon arrival it's worth making your way to the far end of the hall to use the elevator there. Elevators are very tiny, and those at reception are extremely busy. Bar i...

A fabulous location

We recently stayed 2 nights as part of a tour and had a positive experience. Friendly staff, great breakfast and a good location. Our room was a little tight with our suitcases but the bathroom was amazing with 2 sinks and very large. We did have a balcony but were unable to access it as it was being worked on. We would have enjoyed the view. There was also quite a bit of electrical work being done in our ceiling....

Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly staff.
Bright, clean, smell gorgeous as you enter. Good sleep, good selection at breakfast. Staff accommodating they booked a lovely restaurant for our coup we struggled to reserve a reservation for large group they understood we wanted somewhere upmarket and we got to enjoy a splendid evening at a fantastic high end restaurant. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend this h...

Beautiful hotel. Helpful friendly staff. Room spacious and clean. Centrally situated. Roof top bar gives great veiws over the city. Pool looked lovely but didn't get time to try it as was too busy. Will defintely return. The metro got us anywhere we needed to go....

The hotel location is good, but family room size is not spacious. Avoid the hotel during weekends, we had an incident of ceiling leaking water in our shower, the maintenance guy was not professional at all leaving the room extra dirty with dont disturbance note on the door. Room service could not clean up the room despite repeated requests from us to reception staff (seems there was no manager on duty to get thing...
