We stayed 2 nights and the best thing about the hotel was the location - it was perfect for us. Very much in the middle of things. Plenty of restaurants, shops, city attractions a short walk away. Our room was nice and comfortable. Staff were also excellent and very helpful. We needed a car park which was a short distance from the hotel - a bit pricey at 25 euros a day but oh well. It was worth the location....

It was a good hotel. Well located in the center of Madrid, and clean rooms. The breakfast was not that rich and the room was small for the rate per night. Yet I cannot complain as it is a 3* hotel and it was very clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful....

Positive experience undermined by rip off breakfast

This is a friendly old-style hotel in a great location. No plastic cards, you get a physical key with a big plastic attachment! There are some really nice touches such as a free coffee machine in the lobby and the bed was comfortable BUT the breakfast is an absolute rip off....

Comfy beds, great breakfast, and staff is incredible.
This hotel deserves to be more than a 3*

One member of reception staff was miserable, everything was too much trouble. Comfortable, modern lounge area but coffee machine often out of water, pod container was often full, never any milk available. We bought our own.
Rooms basic but ok, a bit tired. Comfy, large bed. Hotel not particularly quiet until the small hours, from within the hotel, no road noise.
