This hotel had a great location we were able to walk to most of the historical parts of Madrid like the palace, the Prado and needless to say great restaurants. The rooms were very quiet considering the centralized location. Very clean ant the staff was very accom....

The hotel is centrally located in Madrid, close to everything. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. All the staff members are very courteous. They provided us with restaurant recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The hotel also features a spa and a pool. It was a delight....

Clean, Efficient, and Well Located

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff at reception was very helpful, not just at check in but later when we had questions or needed to reserve at taxi. Our room was clean and had great closet space. The extra plugs were very helpful for electronics. We also used the pool and sauna, which were an added bonus, especially after walking around Madrid all day....

Extremely well located, friendly, courteous service, great accomodations. Our server Coral was incredible as well as Patricia in guest services. Both friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Nice bar at the Lobby. ...
