The Hotel is beautiful and clean the stuff are great and are willing to help outside the rules to make your stay the best. The rooms are small but beautiful and you have everything you need from iron to a great hair dryer and coffee maker. The bed and pillows can for sure be better and more comfortable but I would recommend this hotel 100% and I will stay there again myself soon. ...

Wonderful Christmas Stay

We stayed here for Christmas and our sons birthday with other friends. The staff make the hotel so special. They did so many additional things to ensure our son had a wonderful time - without prompting from us. It is in a great location for central Madrid and we would definitely stay again...

All is intact, clean and properly working. Quick check in and check out process. Room service is placed through the app and is very efficient. Bathroom has all the needed accessories like toiletries. AC works well when needed. Quite room. Good location....
