This hotel is modern and close to the airport. Free shuttle is provided to and from the airport. The beds are comfortable but the room was HOT. Apparently the air conditioning has been turned off for the season without regard for the room temp. We spent a miserable night before our flight home....

No coffee or tea in the rooms

It was expensive. One would have thought that such a hotel would provide tea/coffee in the rooms (indeed there was a kettle). But NO. On enquiring they said that there supplier had let them down. This means that they did not have the gumption to go out and get extra supplies. Poor management....

Ruthlessly efficient, a touch underwhelming. Restaurant staff were excellent, friendly and helpful in very busy circumstances.
The hotel shares its facilities (except the check in desk) with its neighbouring hotel. For example the (tiny) bar, restaurant and gym are next door. The spa however is in this one as is the breakfast room.
Vending machines are outside.

Lovely hotel! I highly enjoyed my stay at the Axor Feria in Madrid. I didn't know what to expect at first, as it was my first time traveling outside of the US. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The walk-in shower was fantastic, with just the right amount of water pressure. The towels were always fluffy. The towel warmer was a welcome addition. For the first time in my life wanted to try a Four Cheese Pizza which was one of the only two pizzas available in their room service menu.
This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. I was so hungry! The chef absolutely had no idea how to make a pizza. He almost burned it and probably forgot to put any toppings. One would assume the pizza would be loaded with lots of cheese as the name suggests! But ther...
