Closely located to the airport and provide a free shuttle service. The only negative to be aware of, is that the Drinks Bar only opens at 5pm, and have no small Bar Snacks available for purchase. In fact, there is no food available at the hotel, until the restaurant opens, only at 8:30pm. We arrived at 3pm and had to wait till 8:30pm to get food. The drinks at 5pm was good, especially the sangria.

We stayed in this hotel several times before this one but for shorter stays. We had 12 nights to stay in Madrid so we decided to chose this hotel again. Big mistake. Clearly the target customer of the hotel are not families staying several nights. You can clearly feel and notice, by the quality of the service provided, that they don't care about you. Stayed here for our last night in Spain because we were flying out the next morning. It was better than expected. It is busy so be patient at check in but everything went smoothly. Room was great for 4 people, AC worked well, a nice restaurant and bar area, and a flawless airport shuttle the next morning (let them know in advance what time you want to catch it). We landed here after our flight was cancelled and were very happy with the very professional staff, comfortable room and shuttle to the airport. We had dinner in the restaurant and were happy there too. Correct pricing, excellent wine by the glass....

Arrived at hotel today 28/3/24to be told ridiculous prices for the wellness centre. 15 per person for 50mins.When online booking.com stated sauna and spa facilities didnt have additional only the wellness centre
