Great apartments for this price!
We stayed in Apartamentos Recoletos for two weeks in November and enjoyed the place very much. Super comfortable location, very nice emloyees and quite fair rooms. Ready to recommend.

It's a good family hotel, location is nice and has a quiet neighborhood. But almost no one from the staff speaks English. Reception staff speaks little English. No restaurant choices near the area, you have to do some walking to eat. Very far from the city center and even on the guided tours....

This hotel was booked for us by business associates only 1 week before visit. There was a champions league match in Madrid so hotels were busy. Unfortunately, though reception looked modern and new, the room was pretty poor. Plugs not working. Main Air con was loud and disturbing to the point of couldnt leave it on while in the room. A tv with no remote control, window with huge crack. Room felt dirty and well used....

It is very unfortunate that these apartments with the good location they have, are so deteriorated. Of the two rooms we booked, one had no air conditioning and the other produced a terrible noise. The damp patches around the air conditioning grill are horrible. The deterioration of the bathrooms is total, floor, doors, walls full of humidity, etc. .... It is really a pity, the condition of the apartments....

The hotel was in a good location, easy to get to by public transport from the airport. The apartment was fine, comfortable and not too hot. Microwave was provided and a small fridge which was needed as it was 40°C. Shops and restaurants were nearby as well as the metro. Bit noisy due to construction work next door. ...
