Best Hotel Service I have ever received. We were a party of 6 adults, 3 children and a baby and nothing was too much for us and every request was met with a smile. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone....

What a wonderful experience at Tivoli Oriente

I was surprised with the kindness and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Tivoli Oriente. Since the first day weve arrived we were greeted with smiles. From the front desk, to the cleaning crew and the staff at the hotel restaurant, everyone was simply great. Calogero, especially was amazing with us. What a wonderful stay at the best hotel in Lisbon!! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience....

This hotel staff is amazing. From when we walk at door to the day we left . I am so impressed with everything, location, rooms , restaurants but most of it the hotel staff . Specially Calogero the waiter at first floor hotel Restaurant What a wonderful experience this 10 days stay it was . Tivoli really gives 5 star hotel experience and it mostly is because the staff....

This was a great hotel for the fact they have all the things you want in a great hotel. It's located right next to train,metro and bus station to get you around. There's a mall is right next to it so you can get anything you might have forgot. You can get to wherever you want from this hotel. There's staff is very helpful and will help anybody with answers. We had a wonderful stay. They provided a crib for our baby, heated indoor pool which our toddler loved, great food, and easy access to the metro and airport. Staff were incredibly accommodating to us. Thank you! ...
