Stayed here for a four day stay in October in one of the junior suites. The room was very spacious as was the living room. Both had separate heating and cooling controls. Shower was rainfall style with a separate handle shower. Oodles of warm water at decent pressure.

Employees are very friendly and the mall is very close to go shopping. And also many places to eat specially at night. Even the bus terminal is a walking distance. Excellent hotel location....

Our night flight was cancelled and I chose Tivoli due to its proximity to Lisboa airport.
Upon arrival, we were attended to by very friendly staff at the check-in desk.
The room was cosy and had most needed amenities.
As a family of three, we booked a room with double bed with a single bed.
The bathroom was very big and we were very impressed.
The Sky bar on top of the roof gives you a spectacular view of the tow...

A wonderful hotel. Good location with easy access to metro and railway stations. The hotel staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Special touches like a cake and sparkling wine for my partners birthday were really appreciated.
