Me and my boyfriend spent some days in Lisbon during our trip in Portugal. The hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever been, they put special care to the guests and the details. We had the room on an upper floor with the view directly on the Avenida Liberdade. Great service with very tasty dishes at the restaurant of the hotel, as well as at breakfast. Check in with Joana was very smooth. Very helpful young lady. Spectacular lobby, very well decorated for Christmas. Contemporary room looks simple and understated. Clean. Breakfast was very nice but the best part was Carlos, our server, who did an excellent job. Obrigado Carlos!...

This is a beautiful hotel, in a good location. The service was great. The people at the hotel were very helpful and very nice.
The reason for the 4 star rating was due to a few things.
1st. We were booked here for a post cruise hotel for 2 nts. The room was an inside room with no view, which was OK, but at check in, i asked for a high floor and with a view since the hotel was not very business busy or full. The ans...
