So the location is fabulous and yes, this is a five star hotel however beware of room 746 and any rooms close to that on the seventh floor. We stayed there for four nights in November. This room is directly across from a service.and storage prep area. Three of the four nights between 12 AM and 2 AM. There was horrible noise. We had 2-3night stays before and after our Morocco trip. A great walkable location with not only multiple onsite dining and bar options, but close to other very nice restaurants/bars. The Sky Bar is not to be missed. Try the seafood and steak in the Cervejardia Liberdade Restaurant. My husband is a picky eater and they accommodated. This hotel has an excellent location. The room was cleaned and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It has an amazing view from the terrace. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay and if we got back to Lisbon, we would stay here again....

Hotel booked though a 5star Luxury Cruise Line as part of a pre cruise package .
Good welcome and swift check in , with luggage appearing in our Superior 8th floor room almost immediately. Room not large but well furnished and small adequate bathroom with shower over the bath . Arrival also marked by Staff delivering two small bottle of Port and some mouthwatering custard pies .

We stayed here 3 nights and it was such a beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable and according to my daughter, they have the best Caesar Salad in the bar area. Pedro Ferreira, the Front Office Agent, took very good care of us as well. He was one of the nicest people that we met. We highly recommend staying here!...
