Came to Lisbon to enjoy a special New Year's Eve celebration...which required a special hotel! We were not disappointed. The welcome provided by the porter, concierge and reception staff was among the friendliest we have encountered. Not only was the room provided much earlier than normal check-in, we were upgraded to an adjoining suite of rooms that really facilitated our family. Do not be put off by the refurbishme...

The best breakfast experience. Freshly squeezed OJ, freshly prepared and table served varied breakfast items. Very professional servers including Miguel and Antonio. Great rooms and overall ambience. Great location. Nothing negative....

"From the moment of our arrival, we were welcomed in a very pleasant manner. Mr. Fernando made our evening a truly delightful experience, elevating it to a higher level with his professionalism and consistently friendly attitude. Our dinner was a culinary extraordinary trip of flavours.

Excellent service from checkout to all requests. The restaurant is superb. The staff during our daily service was very accommodative and attentive. The reception team always greeted us warmly whenever we walked by. The rooms are very nice, modern and everything works well. The bathrooms are fresh, modern and well appointed. The location is walking distance to many must- see areas....

Beautiful Palace Hotel in a great location

The hotel is beautiful and is located in a great part of the city convenient to a lot of major sites. Everything was very clean and the rooms are unique and well appointed.
If you havent had breakfast in a European hotel yet it puts American hotels to shame. lol. The food is a la carte but you can order as much as you want under the breakfast charge.
