Really lovely hotel. Easy to get to from the airport - the train takes you straight there (one change) . We spent 2 days in Lisbon and then caught the train to Porto for another 2 days so the hotel in the station was perfect for us.
The hotel has fabulous high ceilings. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Service was fantastic - ever...

Kudos for the spec and comfort level on the recent remodel, however:
Shower heads are clogged with calcium deposits and spray erratically everywhere.
Restaurant was highly disappointing

Disappointing stay. The staff for the most part were kind and helpful, but this is just simply not a 5 star hotel. First room was infested with ants, so they switched our room which was very nice but frustrating as wed already completely unpacked. Waited an hour for room service of coffee and pastries. Last day there was literally no running water. Understand that it was not their fault and was a local problem but t...

The hotel staff made my experience the best of all, Carlos and Pedro were super nice, very professional and helpful, it's because of them that I would come again. It was my birthday and the experience was amazing. Please reward the staff members Carlos and Pedro for their dedication to their work. My reservation was under the name of Imane for 4nights from the 8th of August 2024....

Difficult to access. Weak air conditioning. Sketchy location with a lot of construction. Poor information about hotel on the electronic guide on TV regarding gym, how to call reception/restaurant (the emergency numbers arent 999 and operator isnt 100 despite the phone saying so. Dirty/dusty ceiling vents. Really I regret paying so much to stay at this before standard hotel. The view of the river doesnt make up for...
