We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here both at the beginning of our trip to portugal and at the end. The location is wonderful- within walking distance of many sights and close to public transportation. The hotel is beautiful. It is a former monastery. The public areas are very nice. We adored this beautiful hotel in this amazing, historic building. Our Deluxe room was really a corner suite with a separate living room and 3 windows. The staff is as stellar as the hotel is. Breakfast is ample and amazing. Highest possible recommendation....

Excellent all around - Great staff, phenomenal rooms, breakfast, location and more. Rooms (Deluxe) was large and elegant. Bed was very comfortable.
