This property combines the advantage of being right on the Lisbon grand square, which leads to the sea, with top class service and very comfortable rooms. Hard to fault in any respect. Front desk staff are outstanding, housekeeping is impeccable, fixtures and fittings new, breakfast is top quality with a variety of fresh food, and the building itself an historical beauty....

It was out second time at The Hotel. It Is very nice, clean, safe, confortable and attend all expectations.
The location at Praça do Comércio it is one of the best in Lisbon, we could walk around at the main points of interest at the City very easily.
The staff is always available to help, they are paying attention at Guests needs, all the time.

This was an excellent experience, especially for the price. They were able to ready our room well before check in and provided tea (champagne if you wanted it) and coffee service complimentary in a beautiful room while we waited the 20 minutes for that to happen. We do not have enough great things to say about Prestana Pousada Lisboa. From the moment we arrived in this small exquisitely appointed hotel we knew we had made the right choice. The location is wonderful, just across the street from the Praca de Comercio- a gorgeous large plaza on the Tagus River. We stayed in Lisbon and Porto on our trip recently and in 3 hotels (4 nights in Lisbon to start, 4 in Porto following, and the last night in Lisbon awaiting our flight the next morning. Had I to do it over again I would have stayed at the Pousada Lisboa all nights in Lisbon.
