Great Hotel on location for the city vacation

Really enjoyable stay the staff are really excellent like looking after your bags general knowledge of the area etc. The hotel is really well located next to the sort of things you don't realise you need like chemist, + near to the underground + easy for Uber to find. I had a ground floor room with its own patio, so it was super cool!...

Enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was very practical and spacious enough to enjoy a nice meal. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant always offered a great selection for breakfast and even packed us one when we could not stay on premises. Front desk staff was always upbeat, courteous and very helpful in getting our bearing in a new city. Will definitely stay there again....

Suite , very nice, simple but had everything. Reception, faceless, barely acknowledged, us the whole 3 days. Once we had paid the 12 euro tax there was nothing, never a "morning", "night". Checked out said bye handed my door key, nothing......

Overall a good experience at this hotel. Room was comfortable,clean and quiet and had all necessary amenities and the bed was good. A minus was the receptionist who did not say much when I checked in and did not say anything about the hotel and that would have been useful. On checking out I did not yet receive the proof of payment, he was going to email it to me I and I had to follow up later with an e-mail and am st...

No worthy at all. No value for money. Small rooms with no closets. No services, except for the small restaurant. Small lobby. Only twins beds. I will not stay again. AC noisy. Doors noisy.
Staff at the restaurant excellent.
Front desk staff average....
