Good stay. Room was clean and has a minibar. Elevator is a bit busy in the mornings and it took sometime to get to the upper floors. Basement parking was convenient and lots of available spaces during our stay. Excellent breakfast selection. Staff were very polite and helpful. No complaints. Very short walk to the mall and Continente supermarket....

Good location for exploring the former Expo site

This hotel suited us well for exploring the former Expo site area including the Oceanarium. The hotel offered us a good nights sleep despite its busy location with a railway and casino in the vicinity. We found the hotels staff very professional and helpful....

Its like Im reading about completely different hotel.
Location is good, hotel looks ok.
But also this is the worst 4 star hotel Ive been to.
9 out of 10 employes are not saying hello, good bye, or anything.
Breakfast is medium quality. Food is dried from how long its staying outside, they are very slow with restocking food or glasses or anything. They dont clean tables after somebody leaves.

Spacious hotel with good amenities. Clean rooms and good service. Good food and great location.
Zero soundproofing means you can hear noise from other rooms- literally word for word conversations, toilets and showering / waste water drainage.
Sleeping was an issue as a result, which is a shame, as we will not be returning or recommending for business or leisure.
Please soundproof rooms, the cost is worth the investme...

I stayed here for 3 nights, not bad value at 110 euro a night. Starting with a negative the breakfast experience was manic, there was 2 coach loads of people all trying to have breakfast at the same time, the food kept running out even though the staff were trying their hardest.
