We had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located just a short walk from Augusta Street, which leads to the riverside and the iconic Comércio Square. The pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel, the cleanliness of the room, and the incredibly comfortable bed made our experience even better. Perfect!
This hotel has it all and is reasonably priced. Perfect location near Rossio square, handy for the Xmas market. Nice comfy beds, coffee machine and room safe, good bathroom.
Good and varied breakfast with various sitting areas.
Reception staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Wonderful hotel with great location, friendly people & excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Stayed 3 days in November. Location is very central to great restaurants & activities. Staff was so friendly & answered all our questions. Facilities were clean & neat....

The hotel is in a very convenient location and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large and good. However, that is the end of the good part of our experience.
The lighting in the bathroom is terrible - very dim. The air conditioner is impossible to control from the thermostat on the wall. Because this hotel is the type where the key must be in the slot inside the room to operate lights/etc in the ro...

Great Hotel.
The staff is competent if not overly friendly. Rooms are very nice. Well proportioned and very clean. Nice touch with the shutters to the outside. Bathrooms are incredible! Good size but with gallons and gallons of hot hot water with lots of pressure!
Breakfast was very tasty, real eggs fresh squeezed orange juice lots of coffee options...
