Great hotel with excellent location.

Wonderful hotel with great location, friendly people & excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Stayed 3 days in November. Location is very central to great restaurants & activities. Staff was so friendly & answered all our questions. Facilities were clean & neat....

The hotel is in a very convenient location and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large and good. However, that is the end of the good part of our experience.
The lighting in the bathroom is terrible - very dim. The air conditioner is impossible to control from the thermostat on the wall. Because this hotel is the type where the key must be in the slot inside the room to operate lights/etc in the ro...

Great Hotel.
The staff is competent if not overly friendly. Rooms are very nice. Well proportioned and very clean. Nice touch with the shutters to the outside. Bathrooms are incredible! Good size but with gallons and gallons of hot hot water with lots of pressure!
Breakfast was very tasty, real eggs fresh squeezed orange juice lots of coffee options...

Coffee machine in room broke

Coffee machine in room was not working so I went downstairs to the breakfast spot - before it was open- and used the machine get a coffee. A hotel cook stopped me after and said you can not go in there safety reasons. Not so much that he said it, it was the rude way he said it.
Also no Cleenex in the room.
Also they are it difficult to get any soap or shampoos out of bottles.

Lovely well located hotel

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff friendly and room is large and clean.
Only issue would be the lack of a bar, but they have a sister house five minutes up the road which was lovely. Metro is a couple of minutes from the hotel with east access to the airport...
